Mesa Frozen Yogurt Established

Don and Sharon Bennett opened the shop, briefly at McKellips and Gilbert, before settling at its current site.

The Ericksons

The store changed hands to Randy, Eugene, and Beverly Erickson. They were known for their ``hands-on`` and friendly ``get-to-know`` your customer philosophy, and owned MFY for 14 years.

Nan and Gene Qualm

The Ericksons retired in the spring of 1999, and Beverly's brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Nan Qualm purchased the business. They continued the family-oriented establishment for 20 years while providing jobs for local young adults.

New Owners

The Qualms retire and pass on the store to current owners Rebecca Speakman and Sarah Caruso, who are sisters in law and have been coming to MFY since they were kids. Sarah and Rebecca both worked for a number of years at MFY as teenagers, and they are excited to continue this local Mesa tradition while bringing their own ideas into the shop.
